The Process
Initial Visa and Passport Check
Enables consultants to do a thorough Visa and Passport Check at the enquiry/booking stage. The consultant can print this and get client to sign off. This also advises on criminal records, re-entry visas, passport validity and visas on arrival
For those clients that are doing visas themselves there is a Reminder facility whereby a consultant is emailed one month prior to a clients departure.
Visa Processing
In the event the client needs a visa(s) there is a streamlined online application and payment process with editing, courier and tracking facilities.
It displays a sell price which includes all charges and also an agents commission.
FAQ's
The Visa Checker is supplemented by FAQ's which contain information on: consulate contacts, criminal record procedures, ESTA, ETA, passport applications, transit anomalies, etc.
